01 Company Formation and Investor Residence in Malaysia For investors and entrepreneurs who wish to establish a private company in Malaysia and obtain legal residence through the company, with the possibility of adding a spouse and eligible children.

Required Documents

  • The proposed company name in English.
  • A copy of the data page of each shareholder’s passport.
  • The ownership percentage of each shareholder, the proposed business activities and the title or position of each partner.
  • Registered-address details if the client will provide their own address.
  • A complete copy of the investor’s passport including all pages, with at least 18 months of remaining validity.
  • A personal photograph with a blue background.
  • A university certificate translated into English, certified and authenticated as required.
  • An updated curriculum vitae.
  • For a spouse: a complete passport, a photograph with a blue background and a translated, certified and authenticated marriage certificate.
  • For children: a complete passport, a photograph with a blue background and a translated, certified and authenticated birth certificate for each child.

Key Requirements and Conditions

  • Company formation does not mean automatic approval of a work permit.
  • The company’s eligibility to issue work permits is subject to assessment by the relevant authorities.
  • Eligibility to apply for three permits does not mean that all three permits will be issued automatically.
  • The package fee includes only one work permit application; each additional permit is priced separately.
  • Approval depends on the company’s activity and structure, the applicant’s circumstances, qualifications and position, and the documents submitted.
  • Family members’ residence is linked to the validity and continuation of the main applicant’s permit.

Estimated annual fees associated with the company structure and services provided range from USD 430 to USD 1,070 per year. The final amount is determined by the company structure and the type of permits and services required. Indicative periods begin after all required documents have been received and accepted, and some stages may be carried out sequentially rather than concurrently.

02 Malaysia DE Rantau Nomad Pass For remote employees, freelancers and self-employed professionals, digital entrepreneurs and specialists in technical fields.

Required Documents

  • A complete copy of the passport from cover to cover, with at least six blank pages and at least 14 months of validity.
  • A recent curriculum vitae or professional LinkedIn profile.
  • An employment or services contract stating the remote nature of the work, job title, responsibilities, contract term and salary or compensation.
  • Payslips for the last three months and bank statements for the last three months showing salary or income deposits.
  • The latest income statement or tax return.
  • A certificate of good conduct.
  • A letter from the employer confirming permission to work remotely; this is optional but recommended.
  • An educational certificate in PDF format.

Key Requirements and Conditions

  • Applicants in the Tech Talent category must have an annual income of at least USD 24,000.
  • Health insurance valid in Malaysia and covering dependants when they are added.

Important Note

The main applicant amount includes USD 500 as a refundable government fee, subject to the conditions and procedures of the relevant authority.

03 Student Visa in Malaysia Student visa application services for university and postgraduate programs, with the possibility of adding family members according to the level of study and the selected program.

Required Documents

  • A copy of the passport.
  • A personal photograph.
  • A certified and authenticated academic or university certificate.
  • Certified and authenticated birth certificates for dependants.
  • Any additional documents requested by the educational institution or relevant authority.

Key Requirements and Conditions

  • Family members may not be added under the bachelor’s degree route.
  • Family members may be added for master’s and doctoral programs, subject to the conditions of the program, institution and relevant authorities.
  • The service information states that direct attendance is not required for the proposed program; this must be confirmed against the educational institution, study system and visa conditions before processing begins.
