Does YELLOW CONSULT guarantee approval of residence or a work permit?
No. All applications are subject to assessment and final approval by the relevant government authorities. YELLOW CONSULT prepares, reviews and follows up the application professionally, but the final outcome cannot be guaranteed.
When does the processing period begin?
The processing period begins after all required documents have been received and accepted and the required payment has been made.
Can a company be established without attending in person?
This depends on the country, the type of company and the required procedures. Many formation stages can be completed remotely, but some procedures may require the client to attend or complete direct verification.
Does company formation automatically result in residence?
No. Company formation and residence or a work permit are separate stages. The company and the applicant must meet the requirements of the relevant authorities.
Do the package fees include all government fees?
The package includes only the fees expressly stated in the service details or quotation. Government or third-party fees that are not stated are charged separately.
Can family members be added?
Yes, in programs that permit this, such as investor residence, some work permits, some postgraduate programs and digital nomad visas. Each dependant’s eligibility is subject to the applicable rules and the main applicant’s residence type.
Who is considered a dependant?
The definition of a dependant varies by country and residence type, but it generally includes a spouse and eligible children. The authorities may require proof of the family relationship through translated and certified marriage and birth certificates.
Does a dependant residence permit allow employment?
Not necessarily. A dependant residence permit does not automatically grant the right to work, and a dependant may need a separate permit if they wish to work.
What happens if the government authority requests additional documents?
The YELLOW CONSULT team informs the client of the required documents or information, and the client must provide them within the specified period to avoid delaying the application.
Can fees be refunded if an application is rejected?
Government and third-party fees are not refundable after payment. Service fees are subject to the implementation stage and the terms of the quotation or service agreement.
Can a company be amended after formation?
Yes. Additional services can be provided, such as changing the address, amending shareholder details, transferring shares, appointing or removing a director, amending activities and changing the company name. These services are priced separately.
Does YELLOW CONSULT assist with opening a bank account?
Assistance with file preparation and coordination may be provided if the service is available and agreed. The decision to open the account belongs to the bank, and approval cannot be guaranteed.
Do company formation services include accounting and tax?
No, unless otherwise stated. Accounting, bookkeeping, tax returns, audit and payroll services are provided separately.
Are the prices final?
The listed prices are the current service prices according to the available information, but they may change because of government fees, exchange rates or amended requirements. The final price is the price stated in the formal quotation provided to the client.
