What Is Required

Requirements

  • Company formation does not mean automatic approval of a work permit.
  • The company’s eligibility to issue work permits is subject to assessment by the relevant authorities.
  • Eligibility to apply for three permits does not mean that all three permits will be issued automatically.
  • The package fee includes only one work permit application; each additional permit is priced separately.
  • Approval depends on the company’s activity and structure, the applicant’s circumstances, qualifications and position, and the documents submitted.
  • Family members’ residence is linked to the validity and continuation of the main applicant’s permit.

  • The proposed company name in English.
  • A copy of the data page of each shareholder’s passport.
  • The ownership percentage of each shareholder, the proposed business activities and the title or position of each partner.
  • Registered-address details if the client will provide their own address.
  • A complete copy of the investor’s passport including all pages, with at least 18 months of remaining validity.
  • A personal photograph with a blue background.
  • A university certificate translated into English, certified and authenticated as required.
  • An updated curriculum vitae.
  • For a spouse: a complete passport, a photograph with a blue background and a translated, certified and authenticated marriage certificate.
  • For children: a complete passport, a photograph with a blue background and a translated, certified and authenticated birth certificate for each child.

The final amount is determined by the company structure and the type of permits and services required. Indicative periods begin after all required documents have been received and accepted, and some stages may be carried out sequentially rather than concurrently.
